Description of Issue

The Ethernet lights on back of the Nucleus went out this morning. Unit is about 1 yr.old. Can’t connect to Roon. The power button lights up and I can turn the Nucleus off & on via the power button but with no effect on the Ethernet lights. Have unplugged the Nucleus as well as restarting router & modem. The eero dashboard shows the nucleus as not connected. Have hooked up a HDMI cable from Nucleus to a display but the display shows that there is no input. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Not Roon @support, but to state the obvious, it looks like your Ethernet port failed.

If you want to test this or just replace the port’s functionality there’s this -

Thank you. Got one ordered.

Roon nucleus has a 2 year warranty so contact the supplier to get it resolved. If that war roon then support should figure it out

Bought from Roon directly. Will wait to hear from support. Thanks.

Received RMA from Roon Store
