Ok, I received my USB to ethernet, what do I need to do?

I plugged the USB into the nucleus with ethernet connected, HDMI into the TV and got the same message.

Odd. And this was with the Nucleus plugged directly into an ethernet port on your router?

Ok, with ethernet connected to USB of the nucleus, and the HDMI of the nucleus connected to my TV, and the ethernet to USB connected directly to my router, I get the same messageā€¦searching for network addressā€¦If this persists, please check your network connection.
