If you have a good DB backup (or can create one on the old server/computer) you can try restoring from that backup on the new server.

Hello @Gaylen_Emond

Just to clarify, your Roon database — including all playlists, edits, favorites, and play history — is stored locally on your original server/computer.

The links shared above already cover the recommended steps to transfer or restore your database to a new machine.

Please follow those instructions, and let us know if anything doesn’t work as expected so we can guide you further.

Hi @Gaylen_Emond,

We’re reaching out to ensure you’d had a chance to try the steps above.

Roon databases aren’t tied to your account; if you need to move your library between machines, you’ll need to create a Backup and then restore that Backup to the new machine before reauthorizing. The guides shared above should resolve the problem.

This thread will close shortly without any further response. Please reach out in the meantime if we can clarify anything. Thanks!
