Description Of Issue

1 - I’ve reinstalled a new core roon server (and disabled the old one)
2 - I’v launched the client to find my new core --> It’s ok, I find it and make a “restore backup”
3 - My network storage was not the same as the old one (192.168.0.10 (old one) --> 192.168.1.25 (new one)), so I modified the storage location.
After a scan, It’s OK all my preferences (liked songs, playlists, listened songs, etc) are there
4 - I stop roon server and restart it

==> My playlists and liked songs (etc) are gone :frowning:

Am I doing something wrong or is it a known problem? A solution?

Hi @FredB,

Can you share a screenshot of Settings > Storage?

Can you also share a screenshot of Settings > Library > Clean Up Library?

Hi,

My issue is solved. I don’t know why but a new profile has been created named “other” and when I restarted roon server it selected this profile by default. I switched to my main profil and deleted the other one. No more problem, I can see my playlists, liked sounds etc.
