I’m relatively new to all this and have started to fiddle around with sample rate conversion. All seems be fine, however I can no longer control the volume from my phone. I’ve obviously changed something but can’t for the life of me see it. Any help would be much appreciated 
I’m running Rock on a NUC, usb to a Topping d90. This is what I’ve done so far.
Probably because you are using DSD. Try putting it back to PCM.
Really? Is that always the case? Oh well, I probably can’t tell the difference anyway
