Lyngdorf 2210

The Lyngdorf 2210 is listed as Roon Ready but my unit says it’s not certified. I’m anxious to use Roon - where can I get a status of the certification?

This is the source of truth:

and it says that the TDAI 1210 is certified. Do you have the latest firmware update?

Oh, I’m so excited about this device. It should be ready for me at the end of the year! Hopefully it will work with Roon. It’s also very important to me.

Seems to be working for others:

Did you ask Lyngdorf?

Asked my dealer to ask. Thought someone here may also be able to help.

Strange. If the device appears on the partner page, Roon Labs definitely approved it. The software version at 1.0.0 seems strange to me (first version and never an update?) but I don’t know

What strikes me about the screenshots are the different subnets (192.168.5.xx and 192.168.6.xx). What happens when the Roon server and the Lyngdorf are on the same network?

Maybe that is the issue. The 3400 is wired and the 2210 is wireless and Roon can see both of them, so I would think they’re on the same network. The Lyngdorf App sees both on the network and lists them both as being attached to the network.

I would send them an email directly at contact@steinwaylyngdorf.com. They are usually quick to respond.

I contacted Lyngdorf since i experienced the same. they answered the following:

Roon certification is right around the corner, we hope to release a new software next week that includes a couple of bugfixes and the certified Roon Ready software.
