How often are you seeing this issue occur? Can you please share some more details regarding your setup by using this thread as a guide?
I found I had secheduled sleep at 10 each evening. I’ve cancelled that and most other energy saving tricks and all is fine now.
It’s still OK to have the screen switch off, which is recommended to preserve screen life.

Download and run an app like “caffeine” to keep your mac awake.
It’s on the app store.
It works, used to use it myself before I went NUC/Rock.
Caffeinated is also a great alternative.
