Please try to restart your Roon Server by closing the Roon app in the taskbar or rebooting your Roon Server machine.

Sometimes the issues can be resolved with a reinstall of your Roon Remote app. Let's try to perform a reinstall and see if it helps.

Diagnostics indicate you’re running a MacOS Sequoia RoonServer instance.

If you haven’t already, toggle on local network permissions for due diligence. Navigate to MacOS System Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network and give access to RoonServer.

Please perform this same settings adjustment on any MacOS controllers using Sequoia. Let us know if this helps.

I tried that on both the server and the client with no luck. Restarting the Roon server also did not work. What finally worked was rebooting the computer that the Roon server runs on. I must say that these latest Roon updates are causing more problems and frustration than they solve. For the last two updates I end up spending hours getting the system working again.
