How can I run Roon just remote mode on my imac. My Roon Server run on my mac mini and I do not want to comsume server related jobs on my imac (memory cpu …)

Just quit Roon Server, and don’t launch it at startup. See:

Yes, Roon is the Control (user interface) component and RAAT Server is the Output component for the audio devices in or connected to your Mac. See:
