Made a new account, uninstalled, installed, doesn't open

Hi, I have an iMac 27 late 2103, running 10.10.5
I use to have a free account, I had several and repetitive trouble with it. I decided to make a clean start: I made a new account, new download, uninstalled roon with AppCleaner, restarted my Mac. Installed a clean Roon. It refuses to open. No sign, no flag, no warning, it just doesn’t run after double click.
Any ideas?

It sounds like you may be having a a permissions issue with the mentioned iMac. Can you give this a shot and let us know how it goes.
