Manage Audio Devices Not Working

Hello.
I needs your help.
I was enjoying music with ROON until last night without any problem. And there was a window update when I shut down my computer. This morning, when I opened ROON, my existing audio was not displayed in the manage audio devices (SETTINGS AUDIO), only the OTHER NETWORK DEVICES was shown on the screen. But, every 10-12 seconds, my existing settings are displayed on the screen shortly and disappear. I have tried to pose the current setting. but I can’t. I have tried rebooting my computer and NAS, but the result is the same.
What should I do? Should I uninstall and reinstall ROON?

Windows will most likely be blocking it with its firewall happens a lot. Check that Roon.exe and RAATserver are exceptions.

As @Simon_Arnold3 says, check your Firewall exceptions, also for roonappliance.exe if you are running a Roon Server on Windows.

The other thought is to check your video card driver has not been “improved “ by the Windows update
