Manual identification of albums broken

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Ubuntu 20.04.2 Server, Roon 1.8 build 764

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Core connected to router via Ethernet.

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Remote is a WiFi-connected iMac.

Description Of Issue

Today I noticed that manual identification of albums is broken and doesn’t return any results. I tried with more than 15 albums. Rebooted Core and restarted Remote to no avail.

Same thing here with a brand new Nucleus…

I believe this has nothing to do with our Roon servers; this must be a glitch of Roon’s cloud backend.

I have been having connectivity issues too. Today Roon stopped providing suggestions for identifying my albums. The screen is blank now.
