· Jamaican Dancehall artist Masicka (Javaun Fearon) released a new album 'Her Name Is Love' last friday 19th December.

The album is available on Tidal but can not be found on Roon. I have Tidal family subscription.

What might be the problem?

We’ve reviewed this internally with the team, and the issue affecting TIDAL metadata has been identified. It should be resolved during the next metadata sync, which is expected to complete by Wednesday.

Please check again after the sync runs, and let us know if the problem is still present.

Hi!

It’s now Thursday, soon 7 PM in Finnish time, the album (Tidal version) can’t be found from Roon.

I bought the album as 48kHz/24bit flac from 7Digital, so it’s not a big problem for me anymore but the content from Tidal should always be available in Roon also (if one have a subscription).

Could you please check what’s the problem?

Thank you for the follow-up, and apologies for the continued delay.

We’ve checked again internally — this issue is still related to TIDAL’s metadata feed, and the fix has not yet been propagated from their side. As a result, the album is still not visible in Roon even though it’s available directly in TIDAL.

Unfortunately, this means we don’t have an updated or firm timeline at the moment. Once TIDAL completes their metadata export and it’s ingested by Roon, the album should appear automatically without any action required on your end.

We appreciate your patience, and thank you for flagging this again. We’ll continue to monitor the situation.
