Merge 2 CD's into one

Hos do I merge two CD’s into one? I have the Yes Progeny CD’s and there are 2 cd’ pr. concert. I want these to be shown as a double album.

This whole process is much improved in ver 1.2. I’m finding what was a pretty tortuous process is now pretty seamless.
