For me the same problem. Constantly searching for actualisation (but doesn’t find) when I import new music. Hope that this issue doesn’t kill my core (Sonic Transport i5)?!

Apologies for the delayed response here!
Typically this behavior tends to happen when there is something on the network that is blocking the connection to our servers. This might be something specific to the Core machine, or something network-wide.
To better understand, do you have another machine that you can temporarily use as your Roon Core? If so, does the same behavior occur with that other Core while you’re experiencing it on the SonicTransporter?
