It may not fix what you are experiencing, but I saw this problem this morning. I logged out of TIDAL on Roon and then logged in again and all was well.
I have the same problem, tried login/logout but still having problems with some albums. Tracks play perfectly in the Tidal App but “Not Available” from Roon so it’s not a total solution unfortunately.
I’ve still seen the ‘Not available’ message flash up a few times, but the song has still played. But it seems to be improving as it is happening less often over time - so hopefully we may get back to normal again soon!
