Message 'This track is not currently available from tidal'

Description Of Issue

Some of the songs are not played when playing Tidal streaming music, but the message below is shown.

‘This track is not currently available from tidal’

Of course!!! If I play it on Tidal app, it will play well without any problems.

  • Some non-all music has this symptom.

How can I solve this problem?

It may not fix what you are experiencing, but I saw this problem this morning. I logged out of TIDAL on Roon and then logged in again and all was well.

I have the same problem, tried login/logout but still having problems with some albums. Tracks play perfectly in the Tidal App but “Not Available” from Roon so it’s not a total solution unfortunately.

I’ve still seen the ‘Not available’ message flash up a few times, but the song has still played. But it seems to be improving as it is happening less often over time - so hopefully we may get back to normal again soon!
