Metadata Error - Un autre monde

Hello,

I noticed a problem in your database:
The data of the album “Un autre monde” (1984) from the french band “Téléphone” is completely messy. Listening to the songs is done correctly, but the titles are not associated at all properly.
it should be:

1. Les Dunes 4:10
2. New York Avec Toi 2:22
3. Loin De Toi (Un Peu Trop Loin) 3:01
4. 66 Heures 2:17
5. Ce Que Je Veux 3:03
6. Le Garçon D’Ascenseur 4:56
7. Oublie Ça 4:13
8. T’As Qu’Ces Mots 2:51
9. Le Taxi Las 3:54
10. Electric Cité 4:05
11. Un Autre Monde 4:41

Can you deliver the data correctly?

Try identify ing the album, and choose the second option.

That looks right to me. Is it?

Looks like a metadata issue.

On your image: Left Colum look OK but not the right column
And when I look at the album in my Roon program
I see 1) “ce que je veux” and that not it, it must be 1 )" Les Dunes"

That’s OK. It’s effectively saying replace the stuff on the right with that on the left. This KB article will help you.

I dont want to presume on your Roon capabilities, but maybe this will help…
First choose edit

Then identify album

Then choose the right album…

That gets you to my screenshot above. Choose the second version and save.

Et voilà !

The problem is: I can’t change the proprieties of a “Qobuz” or “Tidal” Album.

Yes, you can change the metadata assigned to such an album and that’s what I did with this Tidal album which I do not have a local copy of. Here’s my tidal album now;

Sometimes there are a number of different releases of an album with different track listings and this procedure has to be followed - there being nothing wrong with the metadata in those cases.

Nevertheless @dylan is on the case here and the metadata will now get sorted.

Ok, thank you for the answer. It works.
But, for me, for Roon and other user, the best thing would be for the metadata to be accurate.
I would like to rely on the data provided by Roon.

Like you mentioned, this is a case where metedata are wrongly sorted.

Our metadata provider has let us know that they have corrected this today. Please give this about a week or two to be reflected within Roon. Once you see the change on your end please mark this post as the solution.
