I have the error:
Small shape triangle says : Metadata improver halted : Roon needs a software update

Roon Version 1.7 (build 528) stable (64 bit)
Windows 10

I saw this error and did a search after being unable to play an album (already in my library) from Qobuz. A reboot did solve the playback problem, but I’m still seeing the warning triangle message.

I have split your post into it’s own thread so I can better assist.

Can you provide some more information regarding your network setup? What model/manufacturer of router are you using?

Do you have any additional firewalls installed on the Core PC? Is there any change in behavior if you reboot your Core?

Thanks for the reply. Some combination of a pending Windows update and a reboot of both the server and router have made the warning balloon go away.
