Metadata improver halted, Roon needs software update, but all seems to be updated

Nucleus+ with internal SSD 2tb hd. Roon version 1.7, build 555.

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Cabled internet to Nucleus+. Wifi to audio devices.

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Description Of Issue

I have a spinning circle on top right screen in Roon. when clicking on it, it says: “Metadata improver halted. Roon needs a software update.” I have searched for software update, but it seems everything is updated to latest versions. So I am at a loss about what to do about this. I dont’t speak “techie-language”, i am just a music- and audio lover that got hooked on Roon, so please bear with me if i dont understand tech terms as if i was a pro computer/server person… thanks

I got the same problem, with the Roon Core running on a Mac, see here.

I have resolved the issue, by rebooting my Nucleus+. After this, there was no more “Metadata improver halted” message.
