Description of Issue

Please see screenshot. It always is “adding music” and Metadata Improver is always paused. Also after restarting roon.

Unless there is some misconfiguration of your network, you can try this:

1. Settings - Roon Core > Select “Log out”
2. Log in anew on the next screen, and “Deauthorize” any other Core you might have granted a license.
3. Restart your Server after this.

This is normally because the Roon core can’t talk to Roon Cloud

@Mikael_Ollars is right

If that doesn’t work restart EVERYTHING including modem , router forward

shut down everything UNPLUG . Wait then progressively restart your kit in order waiting until each component is started and stable before moving on

This normally works, if not you may have to enlist @support
