Anyway, that looks correct for DHCP now.
I can see than the Nucleus has reboot, can you confirm you also rebooted your router?
Has it made any difference, to the Metadata Improver Paused issue?

Thanks for the confirmation and screenshots, you have done everything I asked.
I’m out of further ideas/suggestions, though I’m leaning towards this being an external network routing DNS issue.
Roon’s @support team … will see these recent posts and take it from here.
Carl thanks for your help, I assume I just wait for a response from the support team or do I need to contact them separately?
It’s all a bit strange, it was all working so nice & peachy when I just had my library on an external usb drive… I decided to “upgrade” (haha) to an internal ssd & it seems to have all gone a bit whoops since then.
Hopefully we can get it sorted soon.
This is so weird… having done NOTHING, I tried again today to see if anything had magically changed, & it has!
I didn’t reboot, I certainly didn’t even think about looking at IP addresses, DNS, etc etc.
But now I can log into my Qobuz in the Roon Services page, the search facility now works & the latest version of Roon software has now been updated.
The one remaining issue is that I’m still getting the blue revolving circle with the “adding music to library” message even though it says all my library have been added.
I wonder if any of the tech team have done something in the background & just not notified me yet?
Happy it’s back up & running ( well apart from the metadata thing) bit genuinely confused as to what’s happened!
Hi @matthew_randall ,
That’s excellent news, I suspect your ISP has refreshed its blocked lists (which now enables Roon Server to connect to Roon’s cloud services).
For the new issue, try a reboot of the Roon Server.
It’s possible with the network issues there’s still a bad state in Roon that needs clearing (which a reboot will do).
If that doesn’t help, Roon support will be along to diagnose.
Hi Carl
At the moment I’m hesitant to touch anything for fear of tripping something up again! But if you’re confident, I will restart the Roon server software.
As for ISP blocked lists, & bad state in Roon, that’s all a foreign language to me.
Again, many thanks for the reply.
It has to be done at some point, it should be fine … my view is “It’s better to know now than at some random point in the future”.
Just think of them as a traffic lights that are stuck on red stopping the traffic from flowing.
Well the Roon server software restart seems to have worked & all the metadata has been correctly updated! Great.
I just hope it’s nice & stable now going forwards.
Many thanks to all the guys here who helped out. Much appreciated.
