Bought the Nucleus last week from Roon Store, which was delivered 2/9.
Installed with no problems

Yesterday when I was going to listen to music all my album covers were gone and I had the spinning circle of death. Music still played with no problem.

I only have about 100 albums loaded so I was able to edit each one to analyze which added the album covers back.
I could also add/delete albums with no trouble.

I left the Nucleus on overnight hoping the problem would correct it self, but didn’t.
Today I rebooted the Nucleus, disconnected the Nucleus and reconnected and disconnected the power.
In the AT&R router I disabled IPv6, restarted the modem, pulled the power plug and plugged back in.

Nothing fixes the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Danny_Brown,

Check out this Roon help page … it might help …

Carl You are the man
I read the help page and did everything it said except reinstall the operating system and restart the roon server software.
Since you replied I didn’t feel alone anymore so I did the above and the circle of death died.
All is good now!
Thank you so much!!
