Metadata improver reports no connection with internet

Hello,

The metadata improver has problems connection to your server, yet I’m currently Qobuz over Roon and I can make a DB backup to Dropbox so I’m very sure the internet internet connection is OK.

Are you blocking incoming traffic from VPN-providers please? All my traffic passes via Mullvad VPN

Rebooting the server often fixes the metadata pause issue irrespective of a VPN involvement, so I would try this first.

I’d also try without the VPN.

VPN generally is not a supported configuration, so if rebooting does not fix it and if the issue occurs only with VPN, I suppose you will have to discuss in Tinkering

This means your server has started quicker than the network, so on startup your connection to “mother Roon” isn’t made when the server needs to connect

I restart my system daily and see this regularly, just restart the server software if ROCK, or reboot the core server
