Hi, I have the latest Roon software running on Nuc13i7. Have rebooted G3100 router, rebooted Nuc. Set DNS to 8.8.8.8. System is Fios>G3100>Nuc13i7>Auralic Aries G1.1>Holo May Dac.

Thanks for reaching out to us to ask about this issue. I activated diagnostics on your machine and in your logs I can see the requests to the metadata are failing with a status of unauthorized. Sometimes this issue can be fixed by changing to a different DNS. We have seen users have a better experience in the past if they change their Router’s DNS servers from the ISP provided ones to Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS. Can you please give this a try and let me know if it helps?
Hi, After messing with settings yesterday, I tried rebooting my Roon server again after I posted up the message above and now it seems to be working. Thanks for the help.
