I’m having issues with MFA Authentication for Roon. Need help disabling the same.
Go to your account page on the Roon Labs web site. You can turn it off there.
Guess am at fault for not describing the issue. I cannot access MFA codes from any of the apps . . google authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
So, even if I wish to deactivate MFA, I still need codes to do the same.
As it says on the page where you can change the authentication method:
If you do not have access to your authenticator app, please contact us.
So use the Contact form (link is at the bottom right of the Roon Labs web site.
Then choose the account question, and then you get to choose from these options:
