Mon amplificateur-DAC Micromega M-100 [https://micromega.com/fr/produits/gamme-one/] n’apparaît dans l’onglet réseau alors qu’il apparaît avec les autres logiciel Foobar2000, JRiver, BubbleUnPn…etc…

That is expected because it’s not a Roon Ready Network Device. That means, that it does not support Roon’s RAAT audio streaming technology and Roon does not support DLNA/UPnP which is what your device supports. You have to use one of the other inputs of the M-100 fed by a Roon compatible endpoint to use your device with Roon.

Effectivement ça marche en passant par mon Nativ Vita mais celui-ci n’est pas certifié ! Alors que sur votre site il est noté comme certifié

The Nativ Vita is not on the official list I posted above, certification seems to be work in progress:

Hello @Robin_Wyatt1, We are currently working with Nativ on their Roon implementation. I’m unfortunately unable to speak about timelines or specifics. What I can say is that both Roon and Nativ are hard at work on delivering a great Roon experience on the Nativ Vita and that significant progress has been made. I’m glad to hear you were able to get things working by setting the resync delay to 50ms. I will note this behavior for further support purposes. -John
