Microrendu and Emotiva RMC-1 Will Only Play In For Compatibility Mode

Description of Issue

My MicroRendu / Emotiva RMC-1 will only play in "For Compatibility Only " mode. I have another MicroRendu connected to a Dragonfly Red that will play in any upsampling mode and a new BlueSound Node that will also play in any upsampling mode. The microRendu connects to the RMC-1 via USB.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re having some trouble with your Micro Rendu device. Please power cycle the MicroRendu and the Emotiva to see if the reboot helps in any way. I’d also check to ensure that you’re running the latest firmware on both devices.

If that doesn’t help you may want to reach out to Sonore support to see if they have any insight into why you’re restricted to compatibility mode with that configuration. From looking over the device specs I don’t see anything that should cause a problem with communication between those devices.
