MicroRendu MiniDSP Problem

I’m trying to make my brand new mRendu work with my MiniDSP2x4HD via usb input.

Unfortunately the DAC is not recognized, reporting DAC Diagnostics
No audio devices found. Attach a USB DAC to this system.

The same DAC functions perfectly when connected via USB to a PC and also functions when a different DAC is connected.

Any ideas?

We bought that DAC and tested it on a microRendu and it worked fine.
