Description of Issue
Trying to migrate from iMac to my new Nucleus
I backed up database to USB
I connected Nucleus to router via ethernet
I turned Nucleus on
I disconnected Mac Core on Roon app
I search for new Core on both desktop and iPhone app but neither can’t see/locate my new Nucleus
Thanks so much for letting us know of this right away. So sorry about the trouble!
Could you please confirm that both the Nucleus and the remote devices (iPhone and desktop) are on the same network?
Since at least your iPhone was used to connect to a different Core than the Nucleus (your iMac), could you please navigate to Settings > General > Disconnect and then choose Nucleus as the Core?
Also, can you access the Nucleus Web UI?
If so, could you please send us a screenshot of what you’re seeing?
