I am starting a little project that will include a 4.5inch display at 480x320 Resolution.
Assuming it works I want it to run the ‘display’ from roons given web address to show whats playing. Will it work at this resolution?

Use your preferred web browser in window mode, reduce size to what you want it to be and connect it to Roon to see for yourself as a test.
Well I shrunk down chrome as far as it would go but not sure what it is but roon went along with it all the way so I guess my risk is if I can run a browser on this resolution I guess I will find out soon!
