Describe the issue

The recently played tracks is missing tracks which are showing up in My History - the 2 do not match

Describe your network setup

I use an Orbi 863 WiFi 6 system with a router and 2 satellites. My ISP is BT and my network speed is 940/110 Mbps. It has been rock solid.

Hi @Ciaran_Henry,

If you’re scrolling up in the Queue, it will only list tracks played on that particular Zone. Are the tracks in your History tab in the recent Queue for other Zones?

Please share a screenshot demonstrating the discrepancy you’ve described so we can see the affected track titles. Thanks!

All tracks played are in the same zone - I have attached screenshots. On the recently played screen it only shows the Lou Reed and Bruce Springsteen tracks but in my history there are several others that I played including The Cars and U2. Hope this helps.

Hi @Ciaran_Henry,

Thanks for the follow up! If you head to Roon Settings>Services>Qobuz and force a manual sync of your account, do you still see mismatches?

Does this occur across all your remote devices? Do any share proper matched played tracks?

I did the resync but it made no difference. All my remotes show the same track mismatches. I have used a MacBook Air, iPad mini and iPhone. Thanks for investigating.

Let’s try to clear your Qobuz registry and see if that helps.

Please use the steps below:

First, Close Roon or Stop Roon Server
Then locate your Roon Database
Navigate to Database\Registry\Core
Locate the Qobuz_account file and delete it
Restart Roon or Roon Server
Log into Qobuz
Please let us know if this helps.

I dont think this issue is limited to Qobuz. Look at the latest screenshots below and you will see that I also played a ripped file (Hot House) from my library that is missing from recently played amongst other streamed tracks. so I dont see the point in following the steps for Qobuz as suggested. Thanks for investigating.

Hi @Ciaran_Henry,

Where is your RoonServer machine connected in the mesh network setup? Is it hardwired to a node/satellite or to the main router?

Our attempts to reach the server for diagnostic logging have been unsuccessful. At your convenience,

use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?

Hi Connor - I was on vacation and the RoonServer machine was powered off. I will restart it after work tonight and it is wired to an Orbi Satellite fyi. I will try to send the logs but maybe you want to try and reach the machine tomorrow or later?

Hey @Ciaran_Henry,

We’re still having issues connecting to your Roon Server machine, so we’re not able to enable diagnostics and review a report. Sending over a set of Roon Server and Roon logs would be helpful. Thank you! :raised_hands:

I just restarted it - will get logs later

Thanks for letting us know. We look forward to hearing back from you!

I am having bad problems with my Orbi satellite today - I have decided to hardwire my server to the router - this will take me a week as I need to wait for the stuff I need to arrive - please dont close the thread - I will report back with logs next weekend - best - Ciaran
