· I had over 4000 tracks registered in “My Album,” but recently, about 1000 tracks were missing.Qobuz, TIDAL, and my local music library are all connected properly.I haven’t checked which tracks are missing. What do you think the cause might be?

· The model numbers of the router and switch are irrelevant, aren't they? They're the same as when they were working without any problems.
It would be helpful to know what tracks are missing,
If local
Then look to see if your have a hardware issue, if the local files are still there, outside of Roon.
If Qobuz
Then know that Qobuz is doing ongoing server transformations and have been causing all sorts iif temporary issues. Wait and see if the tracks pop back.
From the diagnostics report we can see that many local files were deleted.
Here is example of what was deleted:
import/all/BUFFALO/Kankawa/organist Ⅱ -Silent Soul-/05 Kankawa - Five Spot After Dark .flac
It means that likely you’ve removed the watching folder or some connection could not be established to it, or the files from that directory were removed.
Please check the connection to \192.168.88.10\internal path and make it is unchanged.
Thanks.
Let us know please whether you observe anything new on this.
I think I had around 2300-2400 local albums. Adding Qobuz and TIDAL brings the total to around 4000 albums.
I tried deleting my local albums. The number of albums registered in MY ALBUM on Qobuz and TIDAL is less than 700. That’s impossible.
Checking the artist names starting with the letter A, I immediately discovered that only one album by Alessandro Galati remained in the list. I displayed the albums I had definitely registered in the past and clicked “Add to Library,” and the hearts and play counts of my previously checked favorite songs immediately appeared. This is TIDAL.
Just to clarify, are all of the missing tracks from your TIDAL library, and are they still visible in the native TIDAL app? Likewise for Qobuz, please check the native app to see if there’s a descrepency between Roon and the app. Let us know what you find!
We’ve not seen a reply in some time and this thread will shortly auto-close due to inactivity. Are you still seeing this missing tracks in Roon? Do they include local tracks and Qobuz tracks, or is this just Tidal content?
Hello Connor
Let me explain the situation. First, my local music library has been restored. I think it’s all back. This is the result of reloading it.
The problem is with TIDAL and Qobuz.
First, it’s not 1000 songs that are missing, but 1000 albums.
They appear in TIDAL and Qobuz when I search for them. However, even though I registered them in My Albums, the heart icon next to the song title is not displayed, and the play count is 0.
However, when I register them in My Albums, the heart icon, the play count, and everything else immediately appears.
Therefore, they haven’t disappeared from either TIDAL or Qobuz, so I just need to carefully perform the above steps. However, some works have multiple versions, and I have to find the one I previously registered in My Albums. This is because when I listen to an album, I always put a heart icon next to my favorite songs, and from the second time onwards, I only listen to the songs with the heart icon.
