I search for the album Russ Ballard by Russ Ballard in Qobuz and it is there and playable. I search in Roon and it is not there, not in his discography, and nowhere to be found. I added to my Qobuz albums and it did not appear in there within Roon either.

Did you try settings: services: Qobuz: edit and then hit sync library now?
I did. The only thing that happened when I did that was the album appeared in ALBUMS as “Unavailable.”
Which album exactly as I see a 1975 release in Roon.
Can you post the Qobuz screenshot of it?
It is the 1983 release on the bottom right. I noticed that this page says 1983, but when you click on the album it says 1984. Not sure if that discrepancy would cause an issue like this.
Yes that’s odd as I did see that 84 release in Qobuz myself but not in Roon.
I will try adding it and see what happens.

Um - I just searched for Russ Ballard in Roon, and the 1984 release came up as a Qobuz entry. I added it, and it plays…
Perhaps this is a geographical licensing issue; I’m in Europe (The Netherlands) - where are you?
In the US. Could it be a geographic licensing issue even if it is available and playable in Qobuz?
