Would you kindly share the screenshot of what you see under the Settings → Storage and Settings → Services?
Maybe you have an active filter or focus that yields zero results… just like I did in this example, with a filter for a non existing phrase.
Ive got all the albums on my phone but now 17 just appear on my tablet should maybe wait or is a solution
