If images fail to download, stateful security (antivirus, firewall) or a VPN is likely filtering the machine’s connection to the image servers.
I’d first double-check that reliable DNS server is assigned in your router settings to ensure image URLs can resolve reliably. Should that not help, consider deactivating any VPNs you might be using on the remote machine, and ensure that Roon is whitelisted in any firewalls or antivirus software.
We don’t currently see a RoonServer machine online for your account - are you hosting RoonServer on the machine from your screenshot in an all-in-one Mac setup, or do you rely on a separate machine elsewhere on the network?

I have Roon nucleus since february. And it worked well till the images suddenly disappaered. I hear the Music, but no images

Can you navigate to Roon Settings → Setup and try to clear the image cache, does that help? If the issue is still the same after - we are still not seeing your Roon Server as online, so if you haven’t checked the firewall aspect, please do so.
I emptied the cache. Still no images. I see images for a split second and then they disappear

Allows Roon in-coming connections (green).
I removed your last image as it contained your email and this is a public forum.

I have Roon Arc with images . Nucleus one still no images
I controlled the firewall. Roon is accepted
The solution was too simple. I switched the nucleus one Off en on again. And back were the images. Call closed.
