Have been sitting on the fence so I signed up for the Black Friday special .Have already prebuilt the Prescribed NUC7i7BNH and updated the BIOS and got rock installed onto it only thing that I seemed to be having trouble with was getting the codecs installed which I presume be the last thing to get this working? will be trying again tomorrow to get this operational.
The codecs need to be unzipped twice, that sometimes catches people out.
Thanks for your response. I did not know this I have worked many years Zipping and unzipping files don’t recall ever having to unzip a file twice though so do you mean to unzip the same file twice to get the program to make the codecs accepted?

Yes, this particular file has a .xz and .tar extension, so you’ll need to unzip them both. After that you should be good to go. Apologies for the confusion!
