Suddenly Roon won’t show some artwork for Qobuz and Tidal albums. This has happened in the last 48 hours, before that it was fine. The problem applies to recently added albums and those from some tome ago (months). I also see the spinning circle in the upper right corner is continuing to spin. I reloaded Room and rebooted my MAC and Roon - no change. I need my cover art back - any ideas?
Doing some more looking. Problem goes as far back to albums loaded at least 8 years ago (maybe more, I haven’t checked). Opening the album then using edit to re-identify the album seems to fix the problem for that album (hundreds of albums are affected, so it is not a workable solution). The spinning circle continues to spin. Also Roon stops responding after a few hours.

Do you see this issue across all of your Roon Remotes (phone, laptop, etc.)? If it’s not isolated to a single device, then it’s likely a broader Core/database issue or an underlying network problem.
Please also provide us with an example of an album that frequently fails to load. We’ll use that to pinpoint the instance in diagnostics on our server to help illuminate what’s wrong.
I also recommend you verify that no new network security software has automatically updated or been installed recently; when streaming album covers suddenly fail to load, it’s often the fault of a firewall that blocks inbound images.
