· I don't see any Daily mixes. I don't see stuff like concerts. No suggestions for artists not in my library. I thought this is the strength of Roon - Where are all these features? Are they not included in my subscription?

Is your Roon connected to a streaming service account (Tidal, Qobuz, KKbox)?
No, it is currently not connected to a streaming service. I currently use Spotify (had it for years).
I have enough music for a lifetime tough. Some of the songs I’ve totally forgotten, others I probably have never listened to. I’d like to use Roon to (re-) discover the “truffles” in my collection. I’ve used the discover screen for a while now, but I had hoped for more. The daily mixes, advertised in the newsletter, seem promising, but they are nowhere to find. Also any kind of recommendations based on my listening so far is not available. I could at least listen in on Spotify if Roon would suggest an Artist that I absolutely need to listen to.
Some options require a streaming service, like Daily Mixes and Suggestions. Other options, do work but in a limited way. For example, If you only have a local library, then that is all that will be considered by Roon Radio, for example. Roon will never suggest anything which a user doesn’t have access to play in Roon.
Thank you for clarifying. That’s kinda not obvious. And honestly a bit of a pity.
Roon won’t give you a mix of music you can’t play. Roon can’t even see it if there is no linked streaming service.

Welcome to the forum and thanks for reaching out! As others have mentioned, you would need to have a streaming service connected to Roon to be able to see daily mixes and suggestions. Unfortunately, it is not possible to see these reccomendations without the streaming service. Hope this helps!
