Hi, i’m missing the first file from an album.
I have ripped the album with Dbpoweramp, the album is complete in my music map, is also complete on my NAS and i can play the file (what is missing in the ROON library) on both locations.
ROON is using the file that are on my NAS. I have tried a rescan, i have deleted the album from my music map and than again reripped, everything without a solution.
Do you have any idea what causes this??

Thx for the very fast answer. In skipped files we see the file (with others) but now is the question how to resolve this?
Can you upload a file or two to Dropbox and send me a link over PM? We can look at the files and get a better sense of what’s happening here.
If you don’t have Dropbox (or similar) let @support know and we can give you a way to upload to our server.
