Missing manual and warranty card with Nucleus One (ref#5BVXT9)

· I just received a Nucleus One that I purchased. I found it not right that the package was not sealed with any tape on the boxes. When I opened it up the cables are sealed and look new, the unit was in the sleave and has the plastic over the center piece on the top. So things look untouched but no manual or getting started booklet, no warranty card. I found that not typical. Is something missing here. Thank you for your response.

I understand that the Nucleus One comes with a “Getting Started” card that links to this online guide.

Roon support will respond after the weekend about the warranty. However, I expect the Nucleus will be linked to your Roon account when first used.

Thank you. My main concern really was that this was a returned item. I have it up and running, but when I purchase something I want it factory sealed, and this was suspect to me. No card and no sealed box. Thank you for your response. I am enjoying the unit. Seems faster than the core I was using previously, and hopefully it will be more stable than what I have used over the years. Roon rocks, though I lean more to the classical side.

Hi @Jon_Bell,

Thanks for writing in and for sharing your concerns! @mjw is spot on correct here, there should be a QR code that leads to the Quickstart guide.

The good news here is that we don’t ship new units out with a factory seal, so there’s nothing to worry about in this case.

I’m glad to hear you’ve been enjoying your new Server, happy listening! :musical_notes::drum:
