Missing Menu for Now Playing

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
Version 1.7 stable running on Windows 10 desktop (Dell i5 with 8 GB RAM)

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)
Playing throughout house over 7 Chromecast Audios. (Play back works perfectly)

Description Of Issue
I don’t see and/or can’t find access to the “Customize” now playing menu. I see the drop down on different posts from the 3 dot access but I don’t see the 3 dots on my now playing screen.

Can you post a screenshot? It’s on the right-hand-side above the volume (speaker) icon on the Now Playing Screen. Then click on Configure Now Playing Screen.

If you’re streaming from a ‘Live Radio’ station there’s no option to customize the view.
Use local files, Qobuz or Tidal and you get the three dots.

After I posted the problem, I uninstalled Roon and reinstalled it completely. Not sure what happened before but it’s there now. Thanks for the response !!
