We’ll need a little more information to assist with this request.
Navigate to your Settings → Services → Qobuz/Tidal/KKBOX account dialog window and verify that the email there matches what you use for your streaming service accounts, as relevant. If you sign into the native apps from those services or use their web players, do you see content that has failed to sync with Roon?
Are you missing local library files? Do you see your Watched Folders connected if you navigate to Settings → Storage?
What happens if you force a rescan of your library?
Please share a screenshot of a track or album in Roon that you don’t recognize. Make sure you include the source of the track (local/streaming) - we’ll investigate diagnostic logging to see when and how that track was imported into Roon.
