Seems to be a Qobuz problem if the document is not available on Qobuz’s server, according to the link.

Did you try if it works from within the Qobuz app?

Indeed, it’s a Qobuz problem. I’ll report it to them as well. Thanks.

Edit: Hmm - their customer service system appears to be broken - I see no way to create a new support request, I can only read Help articles… Sod this for a game of conkers…

Edit 2: the system seems to be back online again - so I’ve sent in a report.
