Subject: Urgent Assistance Required: Missing Playlists and Server Connection Issue
Dear Roon Team,
I am writing to report a critical issue with my Roon account. All of my playlists have disappeared, including those linked to Qobuz and Tidal. In addition, I received an error message indicating that my Roon Server has no connection, although I have confirmed that the server is properly connected to the network.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate the cause of this issue and advise on the necessary steps to restore my playlists and ensure stable server connectivity.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
The issue with the playlists is currently under investigation by the R&D team, and you can trace the status using this pinned topic, where all further updates will be provided.
Regarding the issue with the Tidal playlists, would you kindly describe it in more detail and provide us with a screenshot of the problem?
There is a fix undergoing testing in #earlyaccess for the Qobuz-related issues you’ve reported here.
Specifically, this fix addresses:
The flashing, erroneous connectivity error popup on the Qobuz tab within Roon
Update failures with Qobuz Playlists and Favorites within Roon → Qobuz
Please see the main tracking thread shared above by @vadim. The team will provide an update there as soon as this fix merges into a regular Roon update.
In the meantime you can move your server and remotes to the Early Access branch to test the fix by following these instructions:
We’re going to close this thread to ensure the tracking thread (again, linked just above if you need it) remains the central source of current information.
