May I ask that you please provide a brief description of your current setup using this link as a guide.
Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.
- About how many tracks do you have in your storage location, and how many of these are appearing in Roon?
- Can you share a screenshot of Settings > Storage?
- Can you pick out an example of an album that’s not showing up in Roon and take a screenshot of the files in your storage location?
