Missing Tidal Playlists and Squeezebox Device Not Detected (ref#I6NJ6E)

Description of Issue

Tidal playlists now missing from Stuff. History shows tunes I played, but no playlists. I have recently moved and set up in different local. I had to resign in to roon. All else seems good. Also not picking up sqeezebox device. Could be related or not. All ok with music on my Itransport SSD. Thanks

Roon core from little green computer, library on an ssd, itransporter I5. Streamer is a naim Nd5xs.

Connected Audio Devices

iPad, Naim streamer ND5XS

Home Network Details

All connected to unmanaged trend micro switch. Using interest via Starlink Router.

Did you turn on Squeezebox mode as it might be disengaged. If on toggle it off/on make sure your ip addresses are all on same subnet.

Hey @Daniel_Holmes,

Are you still running into issues here? If you re-log into Tidal via Roon Settings>Service>Tidal are you still unable to see your playlists?

I’d also make sure ‘Enable Squeezebox support’ is enabled in Roon Settings>Setup
