Has anyone seen this issue before? This just started happening on basically every import I am doing. It usually misses importing one or two tracks - even though those tracks are in a watched folder. When I exit Roon and reopen it scans again and finds the missing tracks. But this is quite annoying and not sure if anyone else has noticed this recently.
Something seems to be going on, there are several similar threads about it, typically with “I/O failure” when importing but I guess it might be the same issue:

Any indication that Roon is aware this is affecting multiple users? Scanning through those all those threads, I oniy see one response by a Roon tech requesting an audio file as if something is wrong with the file, not Roon. One of the threads is actually marked solved and closed.
@Matthew_Bowden1 , I would encourage you to open a support thread so Roon can see this is affecting multiple users (I don’t think Roon monitors this thread).
I hope they see it in Support
To be fair, it could well be something being wrong in Roon that’s only triggered with particular files. A sanity check on the file can’t be wrong.
We are not seeing an avalanche of cases either, so my wild guess would be that it doesn’t affect everyone.
Can’t prevent the OPs closing threads make prematurely (there are two in fact - I wouldn’t have considered either solved)
I have been experiencing missing tracks on recently imported files since I got a Nucleus One.
I rip CD’s using dBpoweramp to an HDD connected to my PC then copy and paste them over the Network to an external SSD directly connected to my Nucleus One. The files are there but sometimes there is a track or two missing on Roon. I am able to completely resolve this issue by doing a Reboot of the Nucleus One. This happens on a regular basis but not every time.
