Mixed up Gary Taylor

I have 2 Gary Taylor mixed up:

in roon metadata i get

and the first one is

but he is the wrong one.
according to discogs he should be:

I have reached out to our metadata provider and requested they make a change here. I’ll keep you updated once we hear from them.

except one:

all of them are “empty”, for example:

what are these “phantom” artists?
