You all need to test more. This form doesn’t work well with mobile devices. It sucks sucks. As well login on my phone via roon or roon arc is a pita! I’ve tried Apple, Google, My email and each time it just damn spins!! You need to fix this or it isn’t worth it any longer. There are other solutions now

I’m afraid your report lacks the clarity to receive an actionable response. Are you having difficulty with single-sign-on in Roon ARC? That’s usually just the result of a cached authentication. I recommend restarting your ROCK and, if you’re still having trouble, uninstalling/reinstalling ARC.

Secondly, there are indications in diagnostics that your ROCK has been assigned multiple IP addresses recently. Are you using a VPN intermittently on this network? What about managed switches, mesh nodes, access points, or powerline adapters? We ask for technical details because we need to know your network specifications - it saves time for everyone involved.

We welcome product feedback in the #feedback section if delivered respectfully. However, rants are a resource drag on the #support section for both team and other users and these types of comments are useless here.
