I have a MOCK based on an asrock Deskmini 310. Since the last update of ROCK, the Intel i219 NIC is also recognized, no more USB-Ethernet dongle needed any more. THANKS.
I have now attached a 3.5" exfat formatted USB drive to the MOCK. The drive is seen in Settings / Storage and from Windows Explorer. I can copy files to it by dropping them into Windows Explorer.
Now for the strange part. In the ROCK console, the option to format the drive is not present. Why could that be?
The option to format is only available for internal drives.
External drives do not need to be formatted – if they’re in a compatible filesystem.
